Safari West was more than I expected for a local Safari❣️We didn’t realize 2 hrs had passed so quickly on our Jeep Tour. The Close Encounters of the Giraffe Kind was so amazing! The 1 hour walking tour was just as amazing especially the colorful birds in the aviary up close and personal, vibrant flamingos, cheetahs etc. We were able to switch seating a few times in the Jeep to experience it all from different angles. Beautiful simply beautiful my husband and I went for my 47th birthday and we had dinner afterwards, it was delicious and the animals were healthy and beautiful. everything was just lovely I must do again
Lunch and dinner we so good and the zoo is so well kept and animals all look healthy and happy. The overnight tent is amazing and so peaceful. I would highly recommend experiencing Safari West.

It was a lot of fun I definitely would go back. The staff was all very friendly, prices seemed far. The animals were extremely fascinating! It was awesome to be able to be inches from some of them. The car ride is a little bumpy, so if you have little ones make sure you hold on to them. It was chilly so depending what time of year you go make sure you bring jackets and maybe even blankets. I would highly recommend this place.
