My experience was wonderful. You felt like you were on a safari in CA. The docents are very knowledgeable, the animals are well cared for. Highly recommended. You don't have to go to Africa to have this experience.
Fabulous day, Joanne P was an excellent host and guide. We did not get to stay in any of the cabins, but would certainly do so on my next visit. That place rocks, the animal are amazing!!
Usual animals you won’t see anywhere. They care so much about them as well and set them up in great environments. And Joanne P. Was the best guide but I’m sure they are all terrific!

Amazing outing today at Safari West. Our guide, Richard Horgan, was excellent. I learned so much, I believe it was the most informative guided attraction I’ve ever been on. Up close with African animals in a safe and comfortable vehicle. Comfortable pace and personal approach, he answered all our questions with confidence. Recommend highly.
An amazing place! Get up close and personal with beautiful animals. The staff was fun, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a chance please go it’s worth the drive and price.
