Excellent, 5 Stars - would not recommend anyone else! – I have to say the service and quality provided by Safari exceeded my expectation in every way. I was quite nervous about using them after reading reviews here but I have to say I am glad I selected Safari for my custom pool and landscaping. They went above and beyond in every area. Providing watercolor rendering of our pool design at no cost before we choose them...everyone else wanted $$$ to do water color renderings. awful experience – This is possibly the worst experience I've ever had with any company. The owner was incredibly nice and helpful until after we signed the contract - then he became a complete nightmare to deal with. Refusing to speak with us when there was a problem or question, verbally abusive and constantly trying to charge more for or completely not do services that were clearly outlined in the contract. Horrible Customer Service – The owner (Dave) is very disrepectful. I called with a question and ended up getting cussed out and hung up on. He never did follow up with the rest of the building process, instead he sent his brother to finish up the project. He has a HUGE anger problem. He does not live up to promises. In his welcome letter it clearly states that a $500.00 check would be mailed to the person who referred us and he has yet to see a check. Nasty Owner – Have made several attempts to contact Safari Pools about some damage that neede repair. No one ever called back. After finally getting a person and demanding the owner call i received a call. The owner completely blew mw off and told me to get a local repair person to repair the poool that was less than a year old. The owner was nasty and apparently did not wan to be bothered. stay away from this company as they will not perform to your expectations.

Customer service issues – Unwilling to resolve customer service issues - the owner is rude, abrasive and unhelpful when asked to explain. In fact, he refused to listen to the problem. This pool company was used because they were associated with the builder. The salesman said an item was included that was not.
