We really are thrilled with the job you did! People who come by the house can't believe what it looks like now, compared to when we first purchased. What a joke. Safari Pools has terrible customer service. They want me to come to them and pay them $125.00 before they will send someone out to look at my pool. They have never been out here once to look at anything in the 4 years I have had the pool and the one time that I call them they are rude and have to call me back after they look into it by talking to the owner first. Then they call back and want me to come pay them first. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are a joke.
Good experience overall – I think most of the negative reviews here were written by one outraged customer. Obviously someone had a bad experience but that doesn't excuse that kind of behavior... Don't go down this road – Read all these other reviews and you'll get the picture. I my case, I was paying for them to pebbletec my pool and spa, convert to salt water and install a Hayward remote control system. After several oversights, lousy workmanship and miscalculations, they then claimed their bid did not include replacing three 15-year-old valves and that I would have to pay another $700! Don't even bother! Only if you like the challenge. – I wanted to write a novel but simply stated - the owner is pathetic, the product is average at best and warranties mean nothing. If you enjoy being verbally abused on the phone by an owner - (phone provides distance) - I would go with this contractor. If you like going through the bait and switch routine - go with this contractor. If you are not big fan of customer service - go with contractor. You play with this snake and you will get bitten! – Beware! Horrible service , rude, unkept promises, Everyone of this other many complaints are 100% correct.. Owner has charm until you sign, please do your research. This company shouldn't be in business, I have no clue why they are. And the owners warrany guy..... his brother in law... two peas in a pod... not sure which one is worse, this guy is the biggest idiot I have ever met. I only hope in these financial times charma bite this company in the butt.
Do not even consider Safari – I wish I would have paid closer attention to the warnings about this company. I have to admit that I did read some of negative posts but elected to go with Safari anyway based on price and writting off the negative posts as 'sour grapes'. Boy was I wrong! Warning: Danger Ahead – Do not use safari. It will be your worst nightmare. Dave is Rude and does not listen to what you are saying and really dosn't care. Never Again and I hope to help someone from making the biggiest mistake of their life.
Dreadful Customer Service and Manners – Attempted to address concerns with the Sales Rep who basically dismissed my questions and immediately assumed that we were shopping around and found a better deal and he became very rude and basically told us that we don't know anything and that we were just being told by "the competition" that they were bad mouthing them.
