I first had the pleasure and experience of visiting Safar Miami a year ago, when I happened to be in the area and needed a haircut. To my surprise, and indeed my luck, I had the best experience I've ever had at a beauty salon. Safar Miami is a very high end salon, beautifully decorated in Italian marble and lighting, and at the same time, very warm and inviting.
