I attempted to schedule an appointment to view a vehicle, test drive, and arrange a pre-purchase inspection at Safa Motors. Initially, I found setting up an appointment to be unnecessarily complicated. Despite requesting a 4 PM weekday appointment, the dealership was reluctant to accommodate this time slot, citing scheduling challenges and requiring multiple calls to schedule. Rude, I called this dealer about a hydrogen fueled car i was looking to get. The call was very static (possibly on my end), but the dealer who I was talking to was talking over me explaining to me how hydrogen fueled cars worked. He didn't let me speak (even though I did the research already for hydrogen fuel cars). I ended up hanging up from the static, the overall call becoming an argument, and there are other dealers in the Sacramento area. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car The sales clerk was rude. He used foul language and he called me names. I was only trying to inquire what kind of diagnosis they did on the car prior to selling them Horrible experience

Very easy to work with and honest! I was looking for a specific car with low mileage and very few owners in excellent condition. I found exactly what I was looking for and with excellent customer service! I highly recommend and trust Safa Motors if you are looking for a quality used vehicle!
