I purchased the Strong 210, and after just a month it started making a sharp noise and vibrating on clients’ nails. The product has a 1-year warranty, but despite that, the company’s policy required me to pay for shipping the device back for inspection. I paid $30 to send it via USPS, and after three weeks, I received the machine back from repair, but the issue remained. I have three of their e-files and 2 desktop and 1 portable and they are beyond amazing! Very powerful and just what you need to get the job done. Their customer service is top notch as well. I visited the location for a repair of one of my hand pieces and came back with a new one! It was awesome! My hand-piece unfortunately was very damaged but they took care of me. Tony is awesome! Sweetest guy!
This company makes some of the best micro motor hand tools on the market. Although primarily used for medical purposes, I use Saeshin - and only Saeshin - products for my engraving work. I have two control boxes and handpieces. In addition to outstanding products, their customer service and repair process at the Irvine, California location are fantastic. I have ordered strong 210 for self home use. Delivery was fast and free, delivered to me in 4 days. The customer service always were there, above and beyond. Overall very satisfied by the product and the price is very reasonable for such a great quality, thanks so much!
