I am very upset at the way they are running this clinic. The receptionist was very rude to me saying they will need to discharge me because I already saw everyone after requesting a new therapist. I saw their 2 therapists that left the practice. That is not my fault. They supposedly do not specialize in trauma therapy which does not sound correct. I feel like I am being kicked out of their clinic due to their negligence and uncaring for their patients.
We saw her for therapy for my eldest child when they were having trouble adjusting after a big move as well as with handling school work. Ms. Saenz is soft spoken, listens well, and really emphasizes things like respecting boundaries and consent which is important when dealing with anybody but particularly children who otherwise feel powerless when they’re in trouble. She had a sliding scale fee and accepted our insurance, so it ended up being reasonable for us to cover for regular therapy. She really helped my kid come out ... read more
