I purchased a roof from them in 2023 and had no issues other than picking up spare nails for months. Workmanship was good and I paid immediately. We had hail damage in June 2025 and I called 7/28 to have a quote to repair as well as get a roof for another property. They said they would send someone out but never did. I continued to call several times, I emailed and went onto their website and requested to be contacted and never heard back. I dont understand why I never got a call back but here we are. Won’t return calls. I set up a meet time on their website and was advised someone would contact me to verify an appointment. Crickets. No call back and no appointment. I try to go local but this is what makes it hard.
