Worked with Julio and his crew. They were punctual and did a great job in replacing the roof and cleaning up debris. The roof looks great at a very reasonable price. Saenz roofing can’t be beat.
Initially it was very difficult to even get a response for help with a small roof repair. I called, e-mailed, and filled out the "online scheduler" with no reply. Finally had someone come take a look (who had to borrow my ladder to get on a one-story roof because his wasn't tall enough). He disappeared and wouldn't answer my texts. Great service
A warranty only lasting 5 years? Is that normal? I bought my home and the roof sprung a leak. My home insurance wouldn't cover it because they said they don't cover "bad workmanship". When I called the company to inquire about warranty work, they didn't give me an appointment time, and claimed someone would come by to look. At 4:50 I had to call the company back, after staying home all day, waiting, only to be met with a confused receptionist who asked if I would call the man who was supposed to come look.
