My mom found Saenz Heating and Cooling on Facebook by someone that referred the company / Emmanuel. My mom then referred him to me when I needed to call a professional. Emmanuel came out last year and replaced our thermostat. This year when we turned on our furnace it was blowing cold air- he came out and replaced the igniter. He had to call around for the part and found it- he stated he would be gone for an hour and come right back to replace and he did. Emmanuel came out to our property today to fix our non-marking water heaters. Not only was he kind, professional, and explain things extra extraordinarily. Well, he was just a heck of a nice guy. He walked me through exactly what had been happening, showed me the heating element that he replaced and where it had broken. He showed me the pieces that was leaking and the rust and where he had replaced and fix the coupling.
