Emmanuel came out to our property today to fix our non-marking water heaters. Not only was he kind, professional, and explain things extra extraordinarily. Well, he was just a heck of a nice guy. He walked me through exactly what had been happening, showed me the heating element that he replaced and where it had broken. He showed me the pieces that was leaking and the rust and where he had replaced and fix the coupling.
