My mom found Saenz Heating and Cooling on Facebook by someone that referred the company / Emmanuel. My mom then referred him to me when I needed to call a professional. Emmanuel came out last year and replaced our thermostat. This year when we turned on our furnace it was blowing cold air- he came out and replaced the igniter. He had to call around for the part and found it- he stated he would be gone for an hour and come right back to replace and he did.
