I could not understand most of what she said. The office manager was hostile. I will say the waiting room was spacious and clean, but I'd never go back there again .
Had a one o'clock New Patient visit. Arrived at 12:45 in case I needed to fill out paperwork. No cars in thelot, door unlocked, office open. No patients in the waiting room. Receptionist cameout at one, had forgotten to bring out the sign in sheet. Signed in at one, she closes the glass and disappears . At one fifteen I called back , I asked her if this was not a good day for a new patient visit as I had a one pm appt. Stated Dr. Song is finishing her lunch. Wow. Out the door I went.
Does not listen to patient at all as well as the office staff appeared to be very inconvenienced although there were no other patients in the lobby!! Confused how she is still in business given there are apparently no other patients.
