This complaint is related to Sara Rej complaint: As a response to the Doctor comments, I removed my initial complaint but your comments are provoking and I will tell you the same thing I told you over the phone as well, your office told me that my wife needs to take an appointment with the provider, that was it, no mention of just paper work (HIPAA release) she needs to sign! My husband tried calling your office many times to get my sleep apnea records because I was very sick. Since my English isn’t very good, he was the one speaking with them. Each time he called, they said they would check and call back, but we never got any response. We kept calling because our insurance doesn’t cover sleep studies done at a center unless we provide the results. I had done the test at home, and we needed those records.
