RecommendedI called this morning for a service call. They told me they were booked up today but if anything opened, they’d let me know. In just a couple hours, I got a call and they were sending someone. Darren arrived and was polite, professional, and got he job done quickly and efficiently. He was also cost conscious, which is always appreciated. I’d heard great things about this company but it’s my first experience with them personally. I highly recommend them!
My husband and I just moved to Smyrna a few months ago and we have used this company twice to fix some plumbing issues that we have encountered. Most recently our ceiling was leaking from what we thought was a busted pipe below the upstairs bathtub. They were able to locate the problem that was much less evasive than cutting into the ceiling and they fixed it in less than an hour. Sadler Bros unstopped our old kitchen sink. We thought since the piping was so old we would have to replace the pipes, which would have cost an arm and leg. They fixed our sink without replacing anything and now my sink and dishwasher doesn't overflow into the sink. They fixed the sink at a price we could afford. We love those guys. We would not hesitate to call then with any plumbing problem because they are out to do what's best for their customers.
Have used Sadler Bros a few times and always happy. Recent experience with Don was by far the best. He was on time, professional, friendly and new his stuff. We will definitely recommend these folks to anyone asking for a plumber.
We've used Sadler Bros. Plumbing at least 3 times over the years and they have always giving us great service and a fair price whether it was a leak or replacing a hot water heater.
I have had Sadler Bros. do a number of small, routine jobs for me over the last few years. They always did a great job--pleasant, efficient, and on time. So when my contractor couldn't line up a plumber for a job at the specific time we needed them I suggested Sadler Bros. Their estimate was fair, accurate, and Don did an excellent job. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
