The nurse is likely the most unprofessional and rude nurse I've ever had the 'pleasure' of meeting. Refuses to make eye contact and barks instructions in the most patronizing tone possible. Almost feels like it's on purpose. And it's happened every time I've visited. This is a shame because the doctor is absolutely great and the reception staff is as well, but this nurse being the first person to really have an extended interaction with sours the experience. If not for the nurse, I'd have rated 4 or 5 stars
