Saddletree If you value quality Don’t go with this builder. They value their vendors over the customers paying their bills. The head of this company is the biggest ahole. My husband complained to me about him & Said he was a total jerk on the phone. We met him and he’s the worse person you would want to deal with. Beyond. Arrogant. Worse homebuilder I’ve ever experienced. They jacked the price up and we feel ripped off. Especially since our neighbors laughed at us because they had heard Saddletree gouged people. They took our money and 7 months later they still didn’t start BUT they did start on Model home instead of starting on ours. Unbelievable. Then they wonder why you’re mad?!?? I would give them a 1/2 if star if I could. We are building and it took them over 7 months to even start digging. They started a model home at the Farm when they could have been working on ours but of course that wouldn’t benefit them as much. The cabinet cost is outrageous. They wanted $8000 to put X’s on the ends of the island. Just the wood for the X’s that’s it. $8000!!!! Needless to say we didn’t get them. We spent lot of money on a home with Saddletree/Symphony, and their work is terrible. Besides that, it has taken us 7 years to have them fix the terrible job on the stucco of our house (they actually put stucco on the TOP of the walls...of course it all washed away), and you are now just ignoring us. Vincent G. is trying to cover all of this up, but we have the records, the documents, and the emails. They STILL have not corrected things we identified on the first punch list 7 years ago.
