Saddle Brook is infest with roaches and maybe even mices . Honestly they need to closed down for a couple months just so they can manage it . The apartment is a bit outdated and come with many issues . You may have cracks , leaks , and things will break easily because it could be updated . The neighborhood is a bit loud . Also people smoke cigarettes and weed a lot that you smell it outside and inside your apartment . Do not come here and pay high rent for a crappy apartment.
Management is a joke, the building is a mess, pest control hasn’t come in over a month, and the neighbors are crazy(one has literally stood outside our patio hollaring my husbands name multiple times). Neighbors let their dogs roam without leases and then complain when your dog barks at their dog for running up on them. They do not fix anything, our patio caught on fire, no one even bothered to call us and tell us(my dogs were inside!), and they still haven’t fixed it.
