This place has been our home for 6 years. We’ve absolutely loved living here. The complex is centrally located to shopping, dining, and the interstate. Both my husband and I work within 5 miles from home. Our children’s school bus comes right to our building. We are fortunate to have wonderful neighbors. The buildings are old but well maintained. I’ve lived here since November 2023, it’s my first apartment and I love it! I’ve had no issues with any neighbors/landlord/management, everyone I’ve come into contact with is so nice and they truly care about their tenants. The pay is very fair considering rent cost nowadays. During holidays they do neighborhood contests, it’s so cute. I truly enjoy living here!
Front office staff have always been quick to respond and were very kind and understanding when we were looking to move-in short-notice from another complex. Maintenance has always responded quickly to any concerns we had and fixed the issue with no problems afterwards. The roads and partial spots in the parking lots got scraped during the snow and helped getting to work so much. I moved into Vines at Saddlebrook in June of 2023 and lived there for approximately a year. This was my first apartment that I have ever lived in on my own and I loved living here and would recommend it to anyone. The office staff, property manager, and maintenance crew are all awesome, kind people. If you are looking for an affordable place to live in decent quality, you've found it.
