I highly recommend Stephen Longard with Saddleback Property Management. When we rented the home, we explained that we were looking for a place to stay for four years while our son attended university, and the owner told us four years would be fine. Unfortunately, after our first year, the owner ran into financial difficulties and needed to sell the property.
