Tony just left from a mobile Xray appointment. He was onetime, efficient and professional. I highly recommend this company, but make sure to ask for Tony - because he is THE BEST! Robyn Hanson
Just got a bill from 1year, 3months ago that says I owe money for x-ray services. I know my insurance is always on it, and so I questioned this because I’ve never heard of this company and why would they bill me? Well short answer they are Balance Billing. They have a contract with your insurance and for their services they are compensated BUT, to make up the difference they bill the customer. So always call your insurance. The billing is horrible, HORRIBLE!! it's almost a scam what Saddleback Portable X-Ray did to me. They invoiced me almost a year later (this service wasn't approved in the first place) and in the meantime when I tried to find out about what the service was for, they just sent it to collections. I reached out to the owner Tony, and I was waiting for a revised bill but instead, I got a call from Collections. Now they say there is nothing they can do. Now I have to pay penalties and interest and of course my credit!! is affected... read more
