Saddleback's Warranty management may as well be non existent as they don't respond or keep appointments that are scheduled. They sent out a contractor to repair boards in our wood floor and it looks worse now than it did before the repair. Now no one will respond to me and make it right. So disappointed in their lack of customer service.
