As Good as it Gets ! – We've lived in So. Orange County for 7 years now having come from San Francisco. We've had 4 Lexus LS's in that time of which Saddleback has taken care of the bulk of our regular auto service and mechanical needs, short of tires. They've consistently given our vehicles terrific care. I'm a price shopper and no, they aren't always the absolute lowest estimate (not far off!) but they do have excellent mechanics who know their stuff and always charge a fair and reasonable price for their top quality servi... read more

Good Service and Reliable – I do most general maintenance myself, but for the big jobs they have the tools and know how that i don't. They are great, they have worked on several family vehicles including a BMW transmission that we have put over 40,000 miles since it was done for a total of 120,000 miles on it so far. If i ever have a question they will answer it and they are cheaper than the dealer. I would never take my car to midas.

Honest and Reliable – I have been going to Saddleback Automotive for over 10 years. They are the only shop I trust my cars with. They give you the straight scoop and fix it right the first time. They may not be the cheapest in town, but they are the best.

This place is losing – My second transmission replacement from these guys just went out. The first one was a slight hair over thier 11,000 mile pathetic warranty. The last one made it about 35,000 miles. Thanks guys.. Great job. Let me pull another couple grand out of my a** for another one! Should have been fixed right the first time.

Dishonest, Bureau of Automotive Repair should shut them down! – I paid $80 for a B.S. inspection for estimated repairs exceeding $1,500..... Went next door to Midas and they repaired my car for less than $400!!!!
