I cannot say enough I HIGHLY recommend nobody ever get their hair done with Steven. He is highly unprofessional, and did a TERRIBLE job on my perm. He has since refused to fix my perm and refused to give me back my money. I have tried everything civil with him, but he does not understand civil. He said I "threatened him" by asking for my money back if I can't get an appointment, and then when he refused, "I have done hair for 35 years and I have yet to give money back and I don't plan to start today" and I said well if anyth... read more
