RecommendedProviders and staff are professional and compassionate! They were timely in getting my daughter seen by the provider Dr.Floyd -and administering pain medication. As a full service ED, my daughter had a CAT scan, with the results read by a Radiologist within 30 minutes. They cared about my daughter, while caring for her. This location is clean and the people are professional but their rates are outrageously high. I am fully aware of when to use the emergency room and understand the rates are high however what they charged me for a 20 minute evaluation of my son was ridiculous. If you have a high deductible insurance plan or no insurance do not go here you are better off going to a hospital.
The staff is amazing! I was taken back to a room right away. The staff helped me through a very traumatic experience. From the receptionist, to the nurses/doctors and EMT's that took me in the ambulance to the hospital for surgery, I am so grateful to you all! You took the time to correctly diagnose me and possibly saved my life! Thank you!!

I suffer from a chronic illness that requires that I go to the ER several times a year so I know ERs. For the last 1.5yrs I was going only to Saddle Rock. It was close to my house and that's what brought me in the first time. What kept me coming back was the great level of both medical care and customer care. They make you feel important. While everyone was very kind when I brought my son here after he was assaulted, this ER did not even do an X-ray. Our primary care was appalled. I wound up having one done the next day and, sure enough, he had a broken nose. Not very thorough and I would not go back in the future.
I have to say that I think you have violated HIPAA by asking me, on Facebook, to write a review of your facility for a family member and friend on Facebook that you announced checked into your facility, and actually providing the date this person was at your facility.
Was there this morning with my 3-year-old who was running a very high fever and scared. The staff was awesome, gentle and sweet with her, and calming to mom. The ER is never a place you ever want to take your kids, but when it's a necessity, this is a great place to have nearby.
