The only people there that have any common decency are the people at the guard shack. Everyone in the shipping/receiving office walks around ignoring you. When the lady at the front desk finally returned, she's talking about getting a raise with her coworkers, when she barely does her job.

Arrived at 4:45am. Had a 5am appointment. They didn't get to my me until almost 7am. I sat around until 9:30am before they called me to let me know my trailer was finished. Oh by the way, you have to disconnect from your trailer at the dock and then leave out the gate ,or else they wo t download you. It's ridiculous. They trust you to bring the freight from hundreds of miles, but don't trust you to stay connected to your trailer to get downloaded. Just a waste of fuel and time off your clock!
