I have lived here for 3 months. I constantly have issues with the AC unit. I thought things would get better with the new management but they are just as worse as the previous management. They do not respond to emails, hardly in the office, the phone number listed goes straight to dial tone and I’ve now been WITHOUT AC for 7 days, for the second time in a month since the new management has taken over. I DO NOT recommend anyone living here.
Ownership and management changed just as we were moving back to this property. The office manager and the leasing specialist are truly top notch and enjoyable to get to know! I am going to love it here this time more than ever! The improvements to the community started immediately and we are so excited to see the new brand come to life! I've been trying to get in contact with this apartment complex as I previously toured with them and liked the location/apartment. I tried to call for a follow up as they were having some management changes. 3 weeks and I can't get ahold of anyone. This is a terrible start for new management and makes the community look bad.
It was a welcoming environment walking into the front office. Me & my wife were given all the necessary information to have a successful application. Lou helped in every category. Very friendly and kind. Excited to move in! 10/10.
I used to live here a while back. It was a great environment, & Todays my first day back in 3 years. Ms.Lou was beyond helpful and answered all my questions. I look forward to coming back. I highly recommend these apartment complex ☺️
