Horrible experience with all the mold and smelly carpet. Management makes you pay for the old carpet the past tenants used that had dogs with feces imbedded in the carpet
Trash …so many mice and bugs
Be prepared to move out after one year like everyone else. My bathroom ceiling still has not been fixed in 4 months, management does not reply.
I can't say enough good things about Saddle Club. I've been living here for almost 5 years and I've never had a problem. From the property manager to the maintenance staff, they're all awesome. Every time I call with an issue, they're here within minutes.
Uncomfortable, moldy and noisy.
