Laurie has been manager here for all, of over 10 years, that we've lived here now. Brooklyn has been the assistant for quite awhile now too. It's nice when it's the same people you've been interacting with for years. The location is tucked away from Lancaster, so that's a big plus. They are often in the office, even early that I've seen recently, which I appreciate. They are easy to talk to. They always fix things fast when we have had issues.
