I started going to the Sadar's about 2 years ago to manage some anxiety. First, to say that they are very kind and their staff is top notch. I've done their recommended biofeedback and HRV. I loved the HRV- it's very relaxing and the calming effects lasted for weeks. It's hard to describe but its very nice and I have done it twice and each time felt better.
