His poor workmanship twice over in installing the door proven by his own tech - had him tell me to call the door opener company. What a wiesel and I felt bad for the tech. My garage door was broken and I was able to get an apt next day with Jeff who came out and installed a brand new system in an hour. We got a top of the line Liftmaster, the belts are very quiet, the light sensors know when you come into the garage and the lights come on, and the wall mount has the garage temp on it. We are very happy with the system! Thank you, Jeff!
Emergency fix needed as stuck inside gargage. Kim was sweet and got Jeff out to us. Jeff was awesome. Even though dealing with our home warranty was a mess,he took care of issue and preventing others. Glad we found this place and his work product was exceptional

My garage door decided to break its springs late last night. I called Sac's early this morning. Answered my call promptly, listened to my needs and dispatched a Tech to come over. Called these guys up and Moe shows up within 20 minutes and repaired the rollers in my garage that was causing the garage door not to go down coz it's sticking. He even let me use the $50 off from Yelp. So i recommend these guys. They work fast and efficient and gets the job done right the first time.

I had my garage door buckle on me and i thought I was going to have to replace the top half. I called Nick and he came out the same day and was able to repair it in about an hour. Nick went over what he was going to do and what it would cost ahead of time and the final bill was very reasonable and fair. i would call him again should anything go wrong with my other doors.
