I'd give zero stars if I could. I was hesitant to apply after reading the negative reviews on lack of response but it's true. I paid application fee for myself and my sister's cosigning fee (incase I needed one) but it's been nothing but crickets...... I requested to cancel my application and to get a refund of the $90 in fees but, nothing. My next move is to contact my bank to declare these as fraud transactions. Made a call many times in a day and had left messages and also requested a tour online, failed to have a return call or email. Can be a scam or just plain and simple discourteous. Can also be pretentious.

This Property Management company is wildly unprofessional and just not good at what they do, so if you can avoid renting at a property that belongs to them, I'd strongly suggest you do so. My housemates were absolutely disgusting and refused to clean to the point where the house was covered in black mold. I had to shower at the gym and brush my teeth at work.
