Such a wonderful experience working with Sara. She helped me to work through many issues that have been troubling me for years and helped me to process past trauma. This was my first time trying reiki and I wish I would’ve tried it sooner.

I went through the training program in 2018 and still use the practices and tools. I also did many individual sessions with Sara and it helped me to heal deep parts of myself that I was not even aware were there. I highly recommend working with Sara on both levels.
