I have been going to Sacred Spines for 4 years and they are just wonderful! I am always greeted with a smile. I rarely have to wait more than just a few minutes to be seen and the care is extraordinary! I highly recommend them!
Dr. Hartwell does a great job making sure you understand the treatment plan and explaining the next steps. Goals are clear and understood from the start. The staff make you feel comfortable and important.
As you walk into the office you are greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel like your presence is important. This was my first visit to the office and initial consultation with Dr. Hartwell. Overall it was a very professional experience and the doctor projected a sense of confidence without arrogance. The doctor took time to explain my assessment findings and various treatment options to bring some relief to my symptoms. The doctor was open and honest while discussing my prognosis and was careful not to provide unrealistic expectations. The office was clean and well maintained throughout.
