I really needed a trim and I decided to go this salon since I live in East GrandRapids and it seemed to be a high end salon. I could not be more wrong !! I had Janelle cut my hair and she decided to chop 8 inches off and she cut it so uneven and choppy!! I cried and went back and they actually said their was no ryme or reason to my hair cut and they can fix it by cutting more off and i would have to wear the flip style!!
