Llegamos a emergencias y tardaron más de 3 horas en dar la atención, no estamos por gusto y había personas con pies rotos y otras más desmayadas, espero que nunca necesiten ir a este lugar.

Dr. McWilliams (ENT) office manager Andre is terrible. I waited 6 weeks for my son's appointment that was a referral from his PCP. I was running behind due to unforeseen circumstances at my job. I called ahead of time to inform them of this. Andre told me to still come because the appointment AFTER my son's canceled. When we arrived, they had already closed/locked the doors and turned off the lights. Dr McWilliams is a very good Dr. He has kept me from having to have surgery. He is very polite. My only bad remark is now that we are dealing with Corvid. He can't or will not check my Sinus without having to go for a test first 2 days before my appointment. Then having to go back 2 days later for the appt.that will be fine if I live close but I live in F.W.B and Scared Heart whom he I guess work for. Will only accept their Corvid testing. Today Fog is heavy making it difficult to drive as well as unsafe.
