We had our first experience with Sacred Heart Hospital back in October 2016 when my son fell and hurt his collarbone. The staff was very friendly in the children's ER and overall it was a good experience, despite the injury. We are low-income with no health insurance. We had been working with Sacred Heart to get our bill paid, when I received a letter February 2017 telling us that thanks to private donors our bill was paid. The care I recieve is wonderful, but the parking garage is ridiculous. I hate going around that whole place and still not find a spot and come close to being late to my appointment.
I know it was a slow time, but ER visit went extremely smooth, from check in, treatment, to check out in under an hour. Well done Sacred Heart.

My grandson had to have a MRI. He is only 2 years of age. We were very nervous. They reassured us that he would be fine during our phone conversations and when we got there to have it done, the way they handled everything was amazing. He didn't even cry when he left us. Which is very rare. They went above and beyond to make sure he wasn't afraid and that meant the world to us. Thank you to the whole staff!!! You guys are great!!!
My 61 year old mother was checked in the ER Monday April 10th with 103 temp coughing up blood and with 30 min she was seen and taken to the er exam room where they diagnosed her with pneumonia and admitted her. She has had the best care service and is very pleased. She says sacred heart is her new choice of care over baptist
