Sacramento Visioncare is closed, indefinitely. The practice was sold last year to Sacramento Contact Lenses, also on Howe Ave. Patients with glasses or contacts on order were called multiple times. Sacramento Contact Lenses now has your patient files

I ordered glasses over a year ago, paid and never delivered. I have called multiple times, told someone would call back - no call back - no paid for glasses... What is going on here?

Made an appointment weeks ago for tomorrow afternoon. The day before (today) they leave a voicemail telling me the doctors schedule has changed, and he won't be in tomorrow. They were asking me if I could come in today or two days from now instead, I told them I took work of specifically for this appointment and cannot request time off just days or hours prior to trying to leave. Completely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time, at least give me a 24 hour notice before your doctor decides to cancel his appointments.... read more

Everyone was very nice it was very clean but one of the eye doctor were really rude and disrespectful, he mocked my dad and was racist and judged him. He was the one that tests you eye sight to look at the letter on the wall. We had an appointment at 7-11-19 my dad and I got really surprised when a doctor mocked my dad that is really unprofessional and unproductive.
