I thought when I wanted to rent with Amanda coupon for her property at 4909 date that she was a professional person she seemed nice very talkative but nice overall. I came to look at her unit I did not meet her but the people that I met were nice so I accepted the unit I went forward and applied. She was nice to allow me to move into my property without my deposit while I waited for it to be paid. Amanda at Sacramento Valley Property Management is the way to go. If you are looking for the top property manager she is your go-to girl. She is outstanding at her job extremely knowledgeable and has the best interest of her customers in mind. Being out of town, I felt like i was working with family who really took good care of my rental property. She's honest and her prices are the most reasonable in Sac. I highly recommend Amanda as she will not disappoint. Best in the business and very professional!
Finding a good property manager wasn’t that easy for me. I had made phone calls and got lucky to speak with quite a few. Some of them were not that attentive and communication dropped in the air. However, Amanda is exceptional. She knows the ins and outs of the business. She was patiently explaining her roles and mine (since I’m a first time landlord). Her fees are reasonable. I live out of town and have a rental property in Sacramento. I used Sacramento Valley Property Management and I love them. They took care of my property and my tenants. There price was reasonable and not as much fee as other property management company. I can’t complaint.
It was a pleasure to work with Amanda, she would go above and beyond for her clients, her work ethics is outstanding and it is hard to find someone as hardworking and knowledgeable as Amanda. Management fees is very reasonable and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for help on property management.
