Been here over 8 years. The complex isn't terrible but not worth the current prices. In 2017 I paid $1120 for a 3 bedroom townhouse. The 2 bedroom townhouse is over $1600 here now with ZERO amenities. Between the children and the trash, both are out of control. I actually like the maintenance staff. They really try their best but the apartments are old and some things are just out of their hands. I transferred to a 4 bedroom unit. ...BIG MISTAKE!!! Maintenance been to my place every week since December. I have to wait hours before I can use my water and toilet. Water from the toilet upstairs leaking into the kitchen. Very unacceptable. I still have to pay rent on time but no one is trying to fix my problem. The plumber told them what was wrong and whats needed to be done but still here til this day at this moment we are waiting to use my water. We can’t use the bathroom we can’t shower we can’t cook. If I could gove 0 stars I will This is the worst apartment complex EVER!!! I been here almost 3 years and is gonna be my last for sure. Maintenance takes forever to resolve a problem. Lets not talk about the clueless manager in the office she always lost and blame past administration for her incompetence. Every month they give you a different amount of rent. Is this legal? EVERY month I pay a different amount and yet sometimes randomly they will put a note in my door saying that I owe something????? This is CRAZY Horrible ad... read more

Only gave them one star because the neighborhood is quiet. Been here a few months & I can’t wait for the lease to end. Every month there’s at leaset 2-3 issues inside the unit. Serious bug ( roach 🪳) problem especially at nights constantly running around outside and pest control comes every “two weeks” up on request. Initially the unit had a foul old smell, we thought as time goes by, constant cleaning and using air freshener the smell would go away but it’s still lingering .
