Do not rent from them. They will go up on rent every year to a point you can’t afford then take you to court. Once you pay set amount they will take you to court again. They are money hungry, don’t care about their residents. Anytime there is an issue with the units it takes forever for the office staff to put the work order in, no amenities will be added even if the rent goes up. If i could give no stars that would be better but unfortunately I have to give 1. So I want to start off by saying these people are by far the worst place to stay out. The manager will not give name or number to people who owns the property. They will not fix any issues that is going on. The water is coming out of the pipes in wall and the smell is horrible. They will not fix the issue. I do not recommend anyone living here. This is the worst.

I love the space
Been here over 8 years. The complex isn't terrible but not worth the current prices. In 2017 I paid $1120 for a 3 bedroom townhouse. The 2 bedroom townhouse is over $1600 here now with ZERO amenities. Between the children and the trash, both are out of control. I actually like the maintenance staff. They really try their best but the apartments are old and some things are just out of their hands. I transferred to a 4 bedroom unit. ...BIG MISTAKE!!!
