I was transferred to Sacramento Rehabilitation Hospital for continuing care for broken hip. I cannot say enough about the top notch quality of care I received from them. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable in their respective fields. The nursing and care staff was outstanding. I returned home with skills and confidence that enabled me to continue to live alone. So many aspects of this facility were so good - the rehab staff, the medical care, the food, and the facility itself. But the management was atrocious. Almost a week after my bypass surgery, an ambulance took me to Sac Rehab Hospital - and I was left on a gurney for almost 2 hours, mostly alone. Every moment of my ten days at Sac Rehab, I felt I was a prisoner of their silly rules. Hello Sacramento rehabilitation center. This is Laura LORA Jane Chastain and I would like to thank everybody for the excellent care and treatment and help that I got during my rehab rehab rehabilitation time there. Everybody was wonderful. They were helpful. They were funny they were thorough. I can’t tell you enough what a wonderful place and privilege it was to be there. Thank you so very much.

Would lower the rating to 0 stars if it was not for the PTs. Very awkward environment, bad food, odd stares, and conversation. Couple good nurses, everyone else appeared as if they were hungover probably due to the work environment. Management and pharmacy will tell you what you want to hear to avoid taking on accountability and to keep their profits high.
