When I first got to my appointment here. It was nice at first until we couldn’t get a Spanish interpreter for a whole hour because I couldn’t even translate for my guardian and also we had to use our phones to get a translator from our insurance, and I couldn’t do anything because I was under aged, that’s what the nurse assistant said. The whole team was unprofessional, they did not have my labs, they didn’t had anything. And also them misgendering me a lot of times. Dr Yinka Davies is awesome. She literally worked overtime to care for our son who without her would be extremely sick and near death. She is an amazing person and doctor.
Unacceptable levels of unprofessionalism
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Davies. She was very rude and disrespectful during my visit. She did not let me fully explain my problem and kept interrupting me. It felt like she was in a hurry and did not care about listening to my concerns. I left feeling unheard and uncomfortable. I believe patients deserve respect, time, and proper attention when discussing their health.
