Had an amazing experience at the service center. Had my oil changed and tires rotated. The multipoint inspection gave me piece of mind that my vehicle is running at its best. I really liked that they reviewed what I should expect on my 30,000 mi service and price I should expect for it as well. Takes all the surprise away of a high maintenance bill when it comes up. When my lease is up I will probably switch to Acura. So disappointed in the service dept. Every time I call for help I am left on hold for 20 min, passed around or they can't help. Unable to use all the features of my phone because "there is no one available to help over the phone right now". I live 1.5 hours away and can't just drive in. I would appreciate better service from you guys if you expect customer loyalty.
This place looks amazing I'm gonna go there today and get some new parts for my car!!! Lol
LOVE LOVE LOVE. These guys (and gals) are the absolute best. Professional, fun, personable and they always go above and beyond. I feel like family whenever I visit Sacramento Infiniti in the Roseville AutoMall. They've ruined me for all other dealerships... and I LOVE that!
