Worst dealership I’ve ever done business with. Hands down terrible service department and highly lacking customer service in the sales department as well!!!!
I took car in today cause of lights on dash...brake lite flicker on and off and traction mode activating etc. Really great service....I have been pleased with my visits to the dealership and was glad to hear new management took over some time ago. The service advisor today was prompt and informative. Thanks again. I be back.
My first visit there, I was greeted immediately by a nice young man. He escorted me inside to the waiting area and offer me coffee/water and donuts. In about 5 minutes a service Rep came over and gave my my estimate for my 20,000 mile service, which was very reasonable. In about 25 minutes they were done and I was out! Fast, friendly, and efficient! I like it! I will continue to be one of their loyal customers.
Awesome staff from Salesperson to Finance, listened to our needs and worked with us to find the right vehicle. They were super patient with our kids, ages 3 and 5, kept them entertained. I would recommend highly, don't waste your time on those rinky dink lots, go straight to Sacramento Infiniti!
Came in fully anticipating it just being a browsing session, ended up with a killer deal on a barely used Hyundai. Ahmad and his team did a great job on my first time car buy.
