The dont pickup the phones. It goes to voice mail which is full so you cannot even schedule an appointment. U are basically stuck.

I had a very disappointing experience when calling to make an appointment. The staff member did not listen to what I was trying to explain and seemed rushed and uninterested. Before I could finish speaking, they hung up the phone without even saying goodbye. This felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope they improve their customer service, as patients deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

The front desk staff treat patients like they see themselves as superior and everyone else as inferior. There are no customer service skills, no empathy, and no healthcare culture — just pure cruelty. I don’t understand how this behavior goes unnoticed. They act like they are working there against their will. They are mean, hostile, unhelpful, and selfish. I don’t know how this is allowed in a medical setting. Patients should never be treated like garbage.

Every single time I call, I am waiting on hold for at least 30 minutes or more. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone here, this is not okay.

The phone agent was polite. I received pre authorization from my insurance to see this office, but when I called, they had no record or referral. I was told to call back in 3-4 days. I called two weeks later and still they had no authorization on file, they said they would submit a request for the authorization (pre authorized) and for me to call back after the weekend.
