3 words. HELL ON EARTH. The receptionist, specifically this black male, knows nothing about what customer service is. Absolutely condescending and disgusting behavior. The atmosphere is just underwhelming, best way to describe it would be “dollar tree of cardiologists”. If y’all want to play with your health this is the spot. RUN!
I cover most of my medical interpreting assignments here, and all Doctors and staff are friendly. Patients can get a same day cardio tests and seeing their Doctors afterwards. Waiting time is not too long, and the vascular department is at the second floor.
My husband Ray Arnold has been a patient of Dr. Philip Bock for many years. He is a workers comp as he was a sergeant at Placer County SO and in 1986 suffered a heart attack. He has suffered a bad fall a couple of years ago which resulted in broken ribs, dislocated shoulder, infected defibrillator and a back injury. So many bad reviews I was there in late 2024 and it was incredible. I called today and was set up with an appointment in three weeks. I’m looking forward to it.
Few months ago my doctor wanted me to make an appointment with this place they asked for a 25.00 dollar copay I didn't have the money and I didn't know about it I asked if they can bill me he said no and they turned me away I think it's wrong for them to turn a senior away and stress them out especially for a place that deals with heart issues very stressed and upset with them
