The big black/african American guy in the check in desk was so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. My mom don’t speak English well and when that rude guy ask me to write my name in behalf of my mom and I literally didn’t understand what he was saying because he spoke so fast and I looked at him and said “I’m sorry”?
