Great office. Dr. Wagner is great.
My partner went there today and the staff was extremely rude. Won't go back and definitely recommend you go somewhere where they want to help you and are at least coordial. Don't know if they were having a bad day, but no excuse for the amount of just plain rudeness.
Dr. Pamela Wagner's surgical expertise is the reason for my advanced vision without lensing at my age level. Her professional talent and thoroughness shows with her patient care. Sacramento Eye Consultants is very fortunate to have her on staff.
The new optometrist is disappointing. They cancelled our appointment the day of, and said they would get back to us. It's been several months and they never did, and no one answers the phone.
Really disappointing since they changed from a caring eye doctor to a money making business owned and disorganized place. Appointments made by central place that doesn't know what type or when the appointment you need can be made. Show up for appointment and they pretend they tried to let you know it was wrong appointment even asking to see your phone as if you are lying that you received no call.
