I had a lengthy complaint that I felt was correct. However, one of the Doctors (owners I believe), did reach out to speak with me to address my concerns. I do give him credit in that these days personalized care or follow up are not common. In any case, he did explain theirs is the only group in the area who specialize in this field and they simply can not find enough qualified doctors to fill the demand. I was referred to Sacramento Eye Consultants for a glaucoma back in the early part of the year. My appointment is this week and once again it has been pushed out till almost August. This has been now approaching six (6) months and I can not get to see these people. These are my eyes! This is ridiculous. My understanding is I am probably not the only one issuing this type of complaint. I was told the doctor had to many patients and therefore had to once again reschedule. Great office. Dr. Wagner is great.
My partner went there today and the staff was extremely rude. Won't go back and definitely recommend you go somewhere where they want to help you and are at least coordial. Don't know if they were having a bad day, but no excuse for the amount of just plain rudeness.
Dr. Pamela Wagner's surgical expertise is the reason for my advanced vision without lensing at my age level. Her professional talent and thoroughness shows with her patient care. Sacramento Eye Consultants is very fortunate to have her on staff.
