Used a FDA non-approved medical device for eye elective surgery. Why take that high risk of an untested procedure? Bad Surgeon Practice. My eyes have many more perm/ problems.

Richard Don Grutzmacher, M.D. of Sacramento Eye Consultants and Capital City Surgery Center performed eye refractive corrective surgery on my eyes, of which I had a long unexpected healing-time, unexpected home care needs, many more physical/vision problems with my eyes after surgery than before surgery. He chose to use an eye laser medical surgery device, per confirmation with the U.S. Federal Drug Admin. for it's non-intended or tested purpose for elective surgery not discussed in pre-op meet.
