Humiliated in the lobby by the mom of the dentist, I asked the dentist to review the video footage and he refused. I’m just here trying to get stitches out from surgery and made me feel like I was one inch tall. I don’t treat people like this no idea why they think it’s ok . Update: Because of this post this office told me I’m not welcome as a patient anymore. Office manager told me that my experience didn’t matter because the mom of the dentist was her friend of 10 years.
