On December 7, 2025 my CPAP machine stopped working in the middle of me napping. December 7th was a Friday, so had to wait until Monday to let them know that it stopped working. Very difficult to get through. I told the nurse on the phone to let my Doctor know that I need a new prescription for my CPAP machine urgently! I have severe sleep Apena since 1999. Yo no tengo quejas asta el momento,tengo una Dra muy amable q se preocupa por sus pacientes se llama Alicia Gonzales me dieron a escoger entre Káiser y ella y claro q fui con ella de nuevo después de haber estado ausente por cuestiones de la aseguranza,no la cambio por nada al menos q ella se mueva de lugar yo le veo siempre el interés en atendernos y vernos bien .
Absolute terrible receptionists. Trying to make an appointment through the phone always takes 40-1 hr wait time. After that they will put you on hold for again for longer and sometimes they don’t even come back for a while so you just end up hanging up the phone. Absolute time waster. I’ve called several times trying to make an appt and the 2nd time they ended up hanging the phone mid call? The receptionists have terrible customer service.
