scheduled an appointment months in advance, showed up and checked in at the front and was led to my waiting room. after waiting for about 45 minutes from being 15 minutes early, i checked in again to see what the wait was for and they told me they could not bring me in for my appointment because of my medical provider... why even let me schedule the appointment at all if you could not bring me in for it???? definitely deserves the bad ratings. not coming back

Every time I would like to share my experience regarding appointment wait times. Unfortunately, every time I have had an appointment, I have been kept waiting for a long time before being seen by the doctor. This has been quite frustrating and inconvenient, especially when appointments are scheduled in advance. Useless people useless place, your better off just figuring it out yourself or going to another clinic. ANY other clinic
