Absolute terrible receptionists. Trying to make an appointment through the phone always takes 40-1 hr wait time. After that they will put you on hold for again for longer and sometimes they don’t even come back for a while so you just end up hanging up the phone. Absolute time waster. I’ve called several times trying to make an appt and the 2nd time they ended up hanging the phone mid call? The receptionists have terrible customer service. They make it very hard to speak with someone on the phone, it's a bunch of long recordings that you can't skip and talk to someone directly
