It was not Dr. Smiley I had an issue with. It was his staff....they misquoted the cost of many things and took over 3 weeks to get my glasses to me. They are too high priced for low priced service!
MY EXPERIENCE AT SACRAMENTO CONTACTS LENSES WAS AWESOME! I WAS GREETED WITH A SMILE WHEN I FIRST WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR AND THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE. THE DOCTORS WERE VERY THOROUGH AND TOOK THEIR TIME TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS. I GOT A GREAT DEAL ON MY COACH GLASSES, AND GOT MY CONTACTS LIKE 2 DAYS LATER. I WILL DEFINATELY BE RETURNING, AND MY FAMILY TOO!
I have to disagree with curlyk05, I found the office staff helpful and I was on a tight budget and they helped me find a frame and lenses within my price range. I will be seeing them every year.
Great doctors but horrible office staff that make going there not worth it. Overpriced on all eye glasses and contacts. Great doctors, that's the sad part. I love my doctor but I refuse to go back to that place.
The service and selection is excellent! I love that they have 2 locations.
