I’d like to start by saying they have rude staff. I spoke to a lady named Sue. I am a community worker. I’ll let her know that I came representing my company and I had a simple question on behalf of a client. She advised me to go spin my own money to provide emergency supplies to clients. She then told me she is not a medical assistant or LVN. I repeated her advice back to me and she giggled and walked away. Walk in to see the provider call Jessica at (primary care clinic). Not my assign doctor walking due to urgent issue. This is the 3rd time I see her and the only in comment I have for her is “Unprofessional and doesn’t give a crap about the patient.” She send the student practitioner to do the examinations and they are inexperienced (which I understand, not blame any of them).
